Avocado & Banana Breakfast Bowl

Excellent alternative to a standard breakfast bowl which takes you 2 minutes to make and with the addition of avocado is an excellent source of potassium (1 avocado gives your full recommended daily intake of potassium). The mix is gluten free, dairy free and keto (just watch those berries).

What you need

1 x avocado

2tbs of any non-dairy yoghurt

1/2 banana

1/2 cup of non dairy milk (eg. almond or coconut)

1/2 cup of your favourite berries (we’ve added blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and blackberries)

2 tbs of Kaya Mix


Place avocado, banana, yoghurt and milk in the blender and blend until smooth consistency. Place mixture in a bowl, add berries and sprinkle with Kaya Mix. *Optional you can add honey for sweeter taste.
